When I was first approached by a co-worker about Structural Integration, I was a little skeptical as to what it was all about. My experience with Susan was really eye opening. I’m a personal trainer and I’m very active. I did not realize that I had so many ailments building up in my body and I soon realized that I needed to take better care of myself. We discussed what the program involved and I began the Structural Integration Series. Susan slowly put my body back together and what once hurt, didn’t anymore.
